General Information:
Agreed between NV-Novum Vision and customer are the general terms and conditions applicable at the time the order. These and only these stipulate the business relationship between NV-Novum Vision and customer. Any changes made to the general terms and conditions hereafter will not be recognized unless otherwise explicitly expressed and agreed in writing.
Offer and Order Confirmation
The range of products shown in the online shop is not a legally binding representation. By submitting an order you legally request for NV-Novum Vision to conclude a sales agreement, for which you will receive confirmation from NV-Novum Vision. Upon this confirmation the sales agreement goes into effect.
Terms/ Method of Payment:
The prices listed at the time of ordering apply. The prices listed include VAT applicable at the time of ordering but exclude shipping and handling fees.
Delivery of goods occurs either upon receipt of payment via wire transfer to the NV-Novum Vision bank account or cash on delivery. The method of payment can be stipulated in the order form.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise agreed orders are delivered between 3 and 5 business days upon receipt of payment - for COD upon submission of the order. Longer shipping periods may apply as a result of invalid address entries or if packages cannot be delivered (no one home). Any additional costs resulting from invalid address entries will be absorbed by the customer.
Property Rights:
Until full transfer of payment the goods delivered remain property of NV-Novum Vision.
Warranty:
The product warranty is for fence 3 years and for power supply 12 monthes upon delivery. As per legal regulations, in the event of a faulty product, you have the choice of either a replacement or repair. Should the repair not alleviate the problem or the replacement also be defective, you are entitled to return the product for a full refund. For problems caused by improper use the customer bears the costs for repair or replacement of goods.
Cancellation:
Right of Revocation
Within 14 days the contract can be terminated by the customer either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email), or, in the event that the item has been delivered before the expiry of this termination period, by returning the item. It is not necessary to give any reasons for this termination. The termination period shall commence after receipt of this written notification, but, in any event, no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer (for multiple deliveries of like goods, not before receipt of the first installment), and also not before fulfilling our duty to furnish information according to Article 246, Section 2 in connection with Section 1, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of theIntroductory Law of the Civil Code (ILCC) as well as our obligations in accordance with Section 312e, Paragraph 1, Clause 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 Section 3 of the ILCC. The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is given within this period.

Consequences of Revocation
In the event of a valid revocation, any services or products received, and any profit derived thereof, if any (e.g. interest), shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the products received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return them in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This does not apply with respect to goods being returned in the event that such deterioration is exclusively due to your inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. You may be released from an obligation for reimbursement if you avoid handling the item as if your own possession and refrain from any activity which might adversely affect the value of the product.Transportable items shall be returned at our risk. You must bear the cost if the item delivered corresponds with that which was ordered, and if the price of the item does not exceed the sum of 40 euros, or if you, for a higher price at the time of cancellation, have not provided payment or part thereof as stipulated in the agreement. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-transportable goods will be picked up. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be carried out within 30 days. The term begins for you from the time you send your cancellation or the goods. For us, it begins upon receiving your submission.
End of Revocation Instruction
Excluded from Right of Revocation:
The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Jurisdiction:
The jurisdiction for all legal disputes regarding this agreement is Aachen except for circumstances in which the customer is also the consumer.
